Interconnection is incredibly easy and simply requires an Inbound Virtual Phone Number and a SIP trunk between MNO and conXhub switch. Installation, testing and signage can be achieved in days.
Call flow:
- Customer dials from conXhub app
- App dials a distinct phone number (Access Number) to route the call over MNO cellular network
- Call flows over the cell towers to the MNO switch
- MNO recognizes conXhub call as an inbound call from the distinct number
- MNO forwards the call to conXhub switch via a SIP trunk
- conXhub does its magic and forwards the call to the recipient using the correct Cli
